| A word about order confirmations: We have an order agreement when we've reached a price and you've agreed on a design and delivery date by phone or in person. Simply emailing me with a request does not constitute an order. This sounds like common sense but I had 2 people email me requests and think that they had placed orders last year. One called me to ask about picking up her cake and I was able to complete a very rushed order. The other customer became irate and left unfavorable reviews wherever she could. Neither is an experience that I wish to repeat. |
